Description (partial)

Symptom:
  
  Customer is trying to push LSC to large number of phones aprox 400 IP phones;
 after almost 200 or more phones are updated the CAPF service fails.
  CAPF "Cisco Certificate Authority Proxy Function" service gets stopped or
 crashed when LSC update is performed on bulk larger number of IP phones.

  . 13 nodes in cluster
  
  LSC update on large number of phones.
