Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASR 1004 running 12.2(33)XNC
ucode core taken when instruction cache failure occurs.

Conditions:
12.2(33)XNC
IIC failures though rare, may occur normally. Typically if a system is left in an
idle state it is more likley to occur, although still should be rare. The IIC hardware
recovers, however currently the DP processor receives a timeout and is treating it
as fatal error. This fix changes DP processor exception handler to recover from
these type exceptions.
