Agent is unable to remove category assigned to activity if it has been done with a knowledge base article. 

Agent has created an entry in personal knowledge base. Beside the text, this entry
contains a category assignment. Agent by mistake applies this knowledge base entry to reply activity. Agent removes text parts added to reply with KB article, but when agent tries to remove category (classification) added by this KB article, agent is unable to do so
