Description:Proper Manager UI Authentication required

Symptoms: On entering the Assistant's credentials on Manager UI 
when the assistant console is already open, proper status message should be displayed.

Condition:
1)On Manager UI enter the assistant's credentials and click on Sign In button.
Following warning message is displayed, which is correct
"Please launch the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Assistant console application from your desktop"
The above message is displayed when Assistant console is closed.
2)Now Launch  the Assistant console application using Assistant's credentials.Once the assistant is successfully able to login to the console,Again enter the assistant's credentials on Manager UI launched on some other machine and click on Sign In button.
Following message is displayed
"Authentication failed. You already have an active session, please disconnect the previous session before initiating a new one".
The above mentioned warning message is not the desired behaviourand the Manager UI should only display the following error message " Please launch the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Assistant console application from your desktop" irrespective of whether the Assistant Console is Open or Closed when Assistant's credentials are fed into Manager
