Description (partial)

Symptom:
remains in connecting mode after user deactivated and app restarted
Conditions:
steps:
- admin portal > Admin Control end users > user activation/deactivation 
- remove user from the member list  > save
- receive error message > close the app > restart 

result: dialog displays that authentication failed and status bar displays: connecting

expected result:
dialog should display message indicating that user has been deactivated and app should go into the disconnected mode
