Description (partial)

A call may fail if any of the endpoints supports IPv6 addressing mode.

This happens when a Transcoder is needed for the call, different IP Address modes are selected on both sides of the Transcoder and not enough bandwidth is available due to miscalculation of reserved bandwidth for IPv6.
