Description (partial)

Symptom:
An ASA configured in transparent mode may reboot if it attempts to ping to an IPv6 connected host without an IPv6 address configured on the firewall.

Conditions:
The ASA must be configured in transparent mode without any IPv6 addresses assigned to the device.
