Description (partial)

Symptom:
Saving a registry file (filetype ".reg") from the SS7Config tool using the "save" (or "save as") function renders the file incompatible with a subsequent "open" operation.  Upon attempting to open the saved file a warning icon modal dialog is displayed.

Conditions:
Run SS7Cfg.exe and import an SS7 configuration; produce a ".reg" file using the "save" or "save as" function.  The resulting file is then unable to be opened by the tool.
