Symptom: DMIC code is being corrupted. For instance: read modem config file ~SPAAU7EuLE0YyS0AW6utXEE7RiE1siymLuASW31CXdcMX6WH5qXVwUd25XY= from 18.104.22.168: No such file Here the filename, ~SPAAU7EuLE0YyS0AW6utXEE7RiE1siymLuASW31CXdcMX6WH5qXVwUd25XY= is from the directly DHCP packet and obviously is wrong. So, looks like the packet is corrupted somehow.
