Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the CTM client, the following MGX windows take approximately 15 minutes to load:

- MGX Chassis View
- Configuration Center
- Diagnostics Center
- Performance screens

Conditions:
This problem occurs when the MGX module is installed, and one of the following CTM R8.5 patches is installed or was installed on the server:

- 008.005(000.368.001)
- 008.005(000.375.001)
- 008.005(000.378.001)
- 008.005(000.381.003)
- 008.005(000.384.003)
