Description (partial)

When DataMigration - import is done on a UCCX 7.0 data with EDBS (Oracle ODBC driver) to contain an oracle datasource the machine starts shutting down if oracleXEclient is not installed in the machine.

When Unified CCX and Oracle are installed, and DSN's are created to connect to Oracle, then if Oracle client is uninstalled, this problem occurs.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install OracleXEclient
2) Install driver for oracle ODBC
3) Create a system dsn
4) Create a new datasource under EDBS for the same
5) Uninstall OracleXEClient
6) Restart Cisco Unified CCX Node Manager service
7) Machine starts shutting down.

This occurs only when OracleXEClient had not been installed (or) when OracleXEClient is uninstalled from a running system which has Oracle DSN's configured.
