Description (partial)

Symptom:
Too many file descriptors open by sysbkup_svr process during a 'system backup'. wdsysmon reports alarm messages as below:
RP/0/RP0/CPU0:Apr  6 00:34:18.245 : wdsysmon[382]: %HA-HA_WD-4-FD_MIN_LIM : Process sysbkup_svr, pid 2863189 is using 731 file descriptors out of a max of 900. Minor Limit (80%) crossed. 
Conditions:
Executing the 'system backup' command.
