Description (partial)

Symptom:

JTAPI does not send a CallCtlConnDisconnectedEv to the application when the conference controller parks the call in a conference, where the controller is not in the application's control list.

Conditions:

This is a very specific issue and must be reproduced exactly. It is unlikely most applications will ever run into this.

Steps to reproduce:

- Application controls phone C. Phones A and B are not in the user's control list.
- Let phone A call phone B, answer
- Phone A tries to conference in C by pressing Conference softkey on hardphone
- C answers call from A
- A completes conference by pressing Conference softkey again.
- A parks the conference
