Description (partial)

Symptom:
* Customer will see the status as "Unsuccessful" in the Event Log output (System -> Log Screens -> Event Log)
* Below warning message will be shown in pop up page of login 
 - Last run of CAR Loader is unsuccessful, please check the CAR Scheduler Logs for more information

Conditions:
This condition can occur if a DRS backup starts/ if Cisco CAR Scheduler service is restarted while CDR Loading is in progress.

Hello, A client of ours is getting a Warning message whenever they access the CAR (CDR Analyzing and Reporting) Homepage. The Warning states as follows: ------------------WARNING----------------------- * Last run of CAR Loader is unsuccessful, please check the CAR Scheduler Logs for more infomation. I saw a previous thread with the same error saying to call TAC. I just want to know if there is a quick way of getting rid of that warning without having to call TAC. Please help.
