Description (partial)

difference between an AA-mode WAE and a CM-mode WAE with print service enable

 On AA mode, the WAE sent registration NB packet only to WINS server.
But on CM mode with print service, the WAE sent multi-homed NB registration packets to broadcast
address and the WINS server.
