Description (partial)

Supervisor sending continuous OAM dying gasp message.  Connecting device may display the following error:

%ETHERNET_OAM-6-RFI: The client on interface Gi0/16 has received a  remote failure indication from its remote peer(failure reason = dying gasp action =  none)

This occurs when OAM is configured on 7600/6500 with dual supervisors in RPR mode.  When the redundant supervisor is reloaded, the active supervisor sends out continuous dying gasp messages out each OAM connection.

This issue is not present in SSO
