Description (partial)


               - a PSTN caller make a phone call to IP phone of color ringback tone
               - while the caller waits for an anwer by the IP phone, hearing color ringback tone, the caller should pay for the call even before the call establishment


               - service logic for color ringback tone use "AnswerCall" rather than "AcceptCall"
               - FeelingK tested "Accept Call" but it won't work properly. This means when using "Accept Call" media stream of color ringback tone doesn't work.
               - Current implementation is using "AnswerCall" and this cause billing issue.
