Symptom:
Inconsistent data from Web GUI and platform CLI

Conditions:
When looking at system status from Web GUI and CLI, there are inconsitant data.
The platform version is reported differently due to use of API. The API uses a properties file to get this version which is hardcoded to 3.0.0.-7,  whereas CLI finds it out dynamically.

Disk usage is also a bit different as the CLI takes into account some reserved blocks that the GUI doesn't. Actual free space is the same though.

To avoid confusion, this information should be consistent and the same regardless if you look at it from Web GUI or platform CLI.
