Symptom: When trying to reschedule a meeting using the Outlook Plug-in to a date and time with a conflicting meeting ID, you get the message saying: The meeting ID you entered is already in use or is a reserved number. Enter a different meeting ID. Or, leave the field blank and the system will generate an ID for you. However the Meeting ID field is grayed out and the user is not able to enter a different meeting ID as instructed by the message. Conditions: Using the Outlook plug-in to reschedule a meeting. The meeting ID field is editable when first scheduling a meeting and receiving the meeting conflict message.
