Description (partial)

CSG2 may reload under certain rare situations.

All the conditions below are necessary but not sufficient for the reload to occur:

- prepaid HTTP traffic is inspected at layer 7 by the device
- <CmdBold> records delay <CmdArg> <seconds> <noCmdArg> <NoCmdBold> is configured
  under the HTTP content
- A re-transmitted pipelined request or response packet results in temporary quota exhaustion
and a subsequent service re-authorization request to the quota server
- A timing window is created where the transaction is closed prior to receiving the response
  from the quota server
