Symptom:
Pager field from AD not pulled into CUMC contact when...doing a directory search and finding that AD directory user to add as a contact, and this user has pager field on AD with a pager phone number.

Conditions:
Pager field from AD not pulled into CUMC contact when...doing a directory search and finding that AD directory user to add as a contact, and this user has pager field on AD with a pager phone number.

Users may expect that if the pager field from Exchange is pulled into the contact view, that the AD pager field should be pulled into the new added contact as well.
