Description (partial)

Inbox list is not automatically refreshed after an outbound activity is created.  Under certain conditions, agents are alerted of a new activity being assigned to them by an
alert box. Once the OK button on this alert box is clicked the alert box disappears but the activity list in the Agent console remains empty until the Refresh button is clicked.
