Description (partial)

Symptoms: When an HTTP request with payload of greater than 10MB is sent to
 the HTTP server of the router, the server is not able to process the request
 and responds back with the message "request entity too large".
  
 Conditions: The symptom is observed with Cisco IOS Releases 12.4(22)T and
 12.4(24)T and when the payload is above 10MB
