Symptom: Symptoms include the following: 1. pe1(config-if)#int port-c 1.1 pe1(config-subif)#en pe1(config-subif)#encapsulation do pe1(config-subif)#encapsulation dot1Q 1 se pe1(config-subif)#encapsulation dot1Q 1 second-dot1q 2 %ERROR: Standby doesn't support this command ^ % Invalid input detected at '^' marker. (This can be seen consistently if steps are followed. Make sure PC and links are up up) 2. Standby reload on following the repro steps mentioned in the repro-steps enclosure. Conditions: It will be seen if the customer uses the same series of configuration steps as in the repro-steps. First configuration of a port-channel and member link to it. Configuration of sub-interfaces to it with single tag encapsulation. Deletion of the port-channel in entire by the command no interface port-channel <> reconfiguration of the port-channel and try to configure qinq encapsulation on the sub-interface.
