Description (partial)

Symptom:

sshd process is crashing if the vty_reserve is cleaned up before the ssh connect request is made to 
an already reserved vty. 

Conditions:
This happens in the following scenario
1) Configure two radius servers first one dummy and second a proper one.
2) Configure aaa accounting exec default group radius
3) Do the configurations for ssh
4) Configure ssh timeout as 5

Now when you try to bring up a ssh session to the box you will observe a sshd process crash.
