Cisco Bug: CSCsy82425 - Need a means to disable dtmf-relay on sccp-controlled analog devices

Last Modified

Nov 03, 2012

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

6.0

Description (partial)

Symptom:

There does not seem to be a way to disable dtmf-relay when the analog phone is sccp-controlled.

Conditions:

Being sccp-controlled there is no inbound VoIP dial-peer to disable dtmf-relay on. Nor does the analog phone configuration screen in CallManager give you the option to disable it as is available for IP phones.
