Symptom:
CTS phone UI stuck on System Error page after CUCM switch over 

Video and audio are working fine for the CTS call after the CUCM switch  over. But, the CTS phone UI stuck on the System Error page which complaining the CTS is not registered to the CUCM. There were only two soft keys on this page: Update and Info. There is no way to end the call.

- CUCM switch over
- CUCM down
