Description (partial)

Call dropped after a while after switchover.

1. CUCM B has 1 publisher and 1 subscriber
2. Codec 22003 from CUCM A makes a video call to a codec 23046 on CUCM B via the ASR
3. Codec B 23046 answers. A and B talking.
4. Deactivate the publisher on CUCM B
5. A and  B are still in talking state but after a while the call got dropped. And A cannot call B any longer
