Description (partial)

If an attempt is made to remove a 'match-address' configuration statement
in an active and complete routing policy table, an error message will
appear as follows:

asr1000(config-sbc-sbe-rtgpolicy-rtgtable-entry)#<CmdBold>no match-address<noCmdBold>
%SBC-3-MSG-1501-0150-055842-2942: SBC/ROUTING:
Configuration request rejected because it attempted to modify a field in
an active config set. This is not permitted for this field.
SBC Index = 0X00000001
Configuration set Index = 0X00000001
Family Name = rpsRtgActionTable
Modified field name = rpsRtgActionKeyAddrString
N-Base error, value inconsistent with other fields in the MIB.

A routing policy set is configured in the SBC with a source or destination
address based routing table with one or more entries. The policy set is the
current active policy set.
