Description (partial)

Symptom:

The issue is seen on 7300 with NSE 100 and a policy-map is applied on an interface. The queue size of the default queue, may not be properly set on PXF, even though running config does not display any queue-limit. Unexpected drops may be seen on the default queue for the interface where the policy is applied.

Conditions:
In policy-map when shaping alone is configured on class default , the queue size changes according to the queue size. But when it is removed, the queue size does not get restored to default size.
