Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traffic is not forwarded from AGM to nexthop
The following messages appears in consoles once per 24 hours starting from first discovery of the problem:
Message from syslogd@__hostname__ at __date__...
__hostname__ cm: Guard, 0 diversion-failed: Nexthop doesn't answer ARP (__nexthop_ip__ 255.255.255.255)

It is possible that the nexthop is still pingable from CLI console! It doesn't nessecarily prove that divertor can resolve the nexthop as well.

Conditions:
Scenario 1.
Injection vlan ips and the nexthop IP were changed.

Scenario 2.
3 vlan interfaces of injection vlan were reconfigured to the different of even to same ips again.
