Symptom: customer (PAL/50Hz environment) reported flickering with 720p at 30fps when the camera was pointed at a fluorescent light. Conditions: When the video standard (PAL/NTSC) and the Powerline frequency are inconsistently set, then thie video may flicker when directly pointed to light.
