Symptom: Unable to upload an updated MOH audio source due to permission deny error or MOH generates an alarm with an error of permission denied. Conditions: - This problem happens after L2 upgrade from 6.x releases to 7.x, and custom MOH audio sources were uploaded and provisioned in the prior release.
