Description (partial)

Symptom:

On a 4+4 multi-chassis system running 3.6.3.17i, we encountered OSPF timeout in the FT_ISIS tier after executing nDSC RPFO. Also several OSPF adjaencies flapped during the process.

This was encountered in a multi-chassis 4+4 system running 3.6.3.17i after executing a nDSC RP Failover on the rack housing the ipv4 routing processes.
