Description (partial)

BAT: Not able to import users due to unmapped exception 
Steps Followed:
1. Exported end users in CCM into a file and then delete the end users in CCM.
2. Upload the file in CCM to import users.
3. Go to bulk admin --> import/export 
4. Selecte file and go to Next/
5. It throws me the following exception.

Unmapped Exception bad header in block 0 record 0, header magic is not \'ustar\' or unix-style zeros, it is \'5797102515398101\', or (dec) 57, 97, 102, 51, 53, 98, 101

6. I am not able to submit the job.
