Release-note

Symptom:
- Traffic inbound on a Sup720 interface, destined for the Content Switch Module Vserver address, cannot be reached when the
vserver address is being NATd. The first packet of a flow will reach the CSM, but all succeeding packets will fail. If the inbound traffic
is moved to any other port, the traffic will traverse the Catalyst 6500 properly, and reach the CSM.

Condition:
- First observed in SXF3 code with sup720
- CSM running 2.1(2a)
- Vserver address is being NAT'd by supervisor
- Traffic is incoming on supervisor port
