Cisco Bug: CSCsg40658 - TAL:DAI:CLI:sh sec-acl tcam shows Input on IPSG dis

Last Modified

Feb 09, 2017

Products (1)

  • Cisco Catalyst 6000 Series Switches

Known Affected Releases

8.6(0.390)TAL 8.6(2)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
After enabling DHCP IPSG on a port that is in port-based security-acl mode, then disabling IPSG, it is not possible to set the port back to vlan-based security-acl mode. An error message prints indicating that you cannot change the mode to vlan-based while there is an ACL mapped to the port. In addition, a "show security acl tcam [port]" prints one line reading "Input," rather than stating "No ACL programmed on this interface." Resetting the supervisor resolves the issue.

Conditions:
set port security-acl [mod/port] port-based
set port dhcp-snooping [mod/port] source-guard enable
