Description (partial)

Agent that is in the 'Not Ready' or 'Ready' state can be logout forcefully when another agent tries to logon with the same AgentID.

The problem only happens when the following condtions are true:
 - forceLogoutOnSessionClose is enabled (set to "1")
 - RejectIfAlreadyLoggedIn is enabled (set to "1")
 - Agent logging with AgentID in use connects to the side of CTIOS
Server that the existiong agent is not logged into.

Ex: User A and user B connect to different CTIOS servers. When user A
is logged in to server A with AgentID 100, when user B connects to server B with AgentID 100, the exitsing user is logged out only if they are in the 'Not Ready' or 'Ready' state.
