Symptom: Agent that is in the 'Not Ready' or 'Ready' state can be logout forcefully when another agent tries to logon with the same AgentID. Conditions: The problem only happens when the following condtions are true: - forceLogoutOnSessionClose is enabled (set to "1") - RejectIfAlreadyLoggedIn is enabled (set to "1") - Agent logging with AgentID in use connects to the side of CTIOS Server that the existiong agent is not logged into. Ex: User A and user B connect to different CTIOS servers. When user A is logged in to server A with AgentID 100, when user B connects to server B with AgentID 100, the exitsing user is logged out only if they are in the 'Not Ready' or 'Ready' state.
