Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent that is in the 'Not Ready' or 'Ready' state can be logout forcefully when another agent tries to logon with the same AgentID.

Conditions:
The problem only happens when the following condtions are true:
 - forceLogoutOnSessionClose is enabled (set to "1")
 - RejectIfAlreadyLoggedIn is enabled (set to "1")
 - Agent logging with AgentID in use connects to the side of CTIOS 
   Server that the existiong agent is not logged into.

   Ex:  User A and user B connect to different CTIOS servers. When user A
   is logged in to server A with AgentID 100, when user B connects to server B with         AgentID 100, the exitsing user is logged out only if they are in the 'Not Ready' or      'Ready' state.
