Symptom:

7600 ITPs running m3ua and/or sua may exhibit one or more of the symptoms below. These symptoms occur more frequently with higher rates of ASP active/inactive cycling.

1) SUP crash with varying tracebacks, all rooted in xuaInboundProcess and xuaHandleOffloadInboundEvent.

2) Any of the following console messages displayed intermittently:

%SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (2000)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (13/9),process = M3UA/SUA Inbound (from SCTP) Process.

%CS7XUA-5-ASPNOTFOUND: ASP not found for assocId=0x0

%SYS-2-GETBUF: Bad getbuffer, bytes= 65558
