Description (partial)

Symptom: When dialer interfaces are used in conjunction with Multilink PPP
(MLP), a router may crash because of a corrupted program counter.

Conditions: This symptom is observed on a Cisco router when a dialer
interface, including interfaces such as ISDN BRI and PRI interfaces, is
configured to use MLP and when the queueing mode on the dialer interface is
configured for Weighted Fair Queuing (WFQ). Note that WFQ is the default for
some types of dialer interfaces.
