Cisco Bug: CSCsg39825 - CUCM 5.1 Calls to registered SIP phones get immediate reorder DMPidErr

Calls placed to a registered SIP 79X1 type phone fails with reorder indicating the phone is not registered. CUCM traces show that after a Digit Analysis match the called line is not found to be registered with the system.

This rare condition could be triggered if one way communication path is interrupted between the CUCM and the endpoint where the endpoint could send data to the CUCM but the CUCMs messages do not reach to the endpoint. This is observed in an environment where firewalls were deployed between the CUCM servers and the endpoints registering to them.
