An existing Unity subscriber is unable to be validated and logged into Unity using the telephone user interface (TUI).


Unity server running software version 4.2(1). When an exisiting Unity subscriber attempts to log in using TUI, log-in will fail and the following error message will be recorded in the application log of event viewer:
