Symptom: After an admin reload loc all, sfe_drvr restarts multiple times on some fabric cards in the system, and the planes corresponding to those cards remain Down. The following error messages are observed on the console: SP/F1/SM4/SP:Oct 9 17:34:02.780 : sfe_drvr: %FABRIC-FABRIC_DRVR-3-ERR_POD_INIT : Failed to reset POD (node: 0xf1040, module: 0x20000, asic: 1, POD:1) - error : ''sysdb'' detected the ''warning'' condition ''An EDM took too long to process a request and was timed out''; exiting... adminSP/F1/SM4/SP:Oct 9 17:34:03.764 : sfe_drvr: Load SEA Driver DLL. SP/F1/SM4/SP:Oct 9 17:34:02.907 : sysmgr: sfe_drvr(1) (jid 114) abnormally terminated, restart scheduled Conditions: This issue was seen during router reload, when initiated with the "admin reload location all" command.
