Description (partial)

Symptom: Unable to restore TAPE backup with latest BARS version on CCM 4.2(1) using HP tape drieve, get error message:
"The Cisco Unified CallManager archive appears to be version, whereas the installed Cisco Unified CallManager is version 4.2(1).  You need to install Cisco Unified CallManager version in order to restore this data."

Conditions: With latest BARS version 4.0(11.2) on CCM 4.2(1) using HP tape drieve
