Description (partial)

Symptom:

1. MGA core file and MGA restarts.

The pstack from the core or "PSTACK"  in the log file will show that the core is caused by the function ProcessMCSBuffer in the MGA process.

Conditions:

A MGCP message from a GW with more than 31 embedded piggyback messages can cause a core dump in the MGA system.
