Description (partial)

Symptom:

The router may crash due to memory allocation errors when a large number of IKE/IPSEC SA's is in use and RSA-Signature is configured.

Conditions:

The issue has been observed in IOS 12.4(10.8)T1 running on a Cisco 7200 equipped with NPE-G2 and VSA when 4,000 IKE SA's (8,000 IPSEC SA's) are initiated using RSA-Signature as the authentication method.
