Description (partial)

Problems with the installation and deployment of ICM/IPCC can be caused by using a non-standard windows image (e.g. a corporate image) for the installation of ICM/IPCC  servers. Customers should be made aware  that use of a non-standard Windows image (i.e. a corporate image) can lead to severe installation and runtime problems.
