Submit button is clicked after selecting a custom file and entering password/pin information in BAT modify user pin/pwd page.  Nothing happens upon click (Javascript errors generated).


Custom CSV file with valid userid's has been uploaded to BAT 5.0(4).  Correct matching passwords and pins have been entered in submission form.
