Description (partial)

Symptom:

When running IPSec (IP Security) over an MLPPP (multilink PPP) bundle with
output QoS service-policy enabled, IPSec packets may get dropped due to 
receive errors under high load and link congestion conditions. This can be
observed by the number of <CmdBold>recv errors:<noCmdBold> in the
<CmdBold>show crypto ipsec sa<noCmdBold> command output. 

Condition:

This problem only occurs when the onboard hardware crypto engine is used
on a Cisco 3845 router platform.
