Symptom:
Spurious Access of memory done in function sipgw_terminate_subscription

Conditions:
sip-notify is negotiated as dtmf method during a normal Sip Call
The call is disconnected. During Subscriptuion termination, scb->parent variable is dereferanced wiithout a null Check.
